Default Dell Mini 2,05 Ghz Snow Leopard - 10-06-2010, 04:25 PM

Hey, I have a question:

I successfully installed snow Leopard on my Dell Mini 10v and updated it to 10.6.4.

But then I look at "über diesen Mac" (don´t know what it is call in englisch),
it says that my Processor runs at 2.05 GHz and not 1.6 Ghz.

What sould I do? Is this only cosmetic?

probably incorrect...but if it is true...why worry, it will just be faster....check for excessive heat though....if it is running at 2.05ghz it will run a lot hotter than 1.6ghz

"über diesen Mac" does that mean "about this mac" first thing you want to find out is that the actual electricity put through? as it's overclocking at 25% above, not good at all..

doubt it just think it's pointing to the wrong (macbook) profile. as "über diesen Mac" is signature based and not monitored (at least i think), unless it's getting that from some system monitor, you better check

yeah just checked up as i thought they are signature based even editable..

try here if you want to reset it edit mac cpu it's a bit old but still should work.
