| Junior Member Posts: 12 Join Date: Aug 2010 | I think those are quite outdated guides unfortunately. I would use newer versions of the programs recommended there. Check out programs such as Empire EFI, iBoot or NetbookCD - they should let you run the SL DVD installer if you're lucky. See for example: tonymacx86 Blog: iBoot + MultiBeast: Install Mac OS X on any Intel-based PC. For Empire EFI or NetbookCD you can just google the latest version, burn the image to CD, boot from CD, eject CD at the boot screen, insert SL DVD, Press F5, run installer and that should work from there. |
