Check out the instructions for removing the keyboard here...
...it's very simple and you may find its a matter of reseating it or maybe it's a couple of loose screws.
Can you please send me a link to where I can get a couple more 10v's at £135...what a bargain that is.
As for sending it back under warrantee I would have thought it would not be a problem but am interested to see if anyone has done so with no issues. You could ring them and ask the question.
If you do send it back and have to reinstall Windoze I would clone the installed Mac system to an external and re-clone it back on return, it works perfectly, in fact I have an image file on an external I use to install Mac system on the many 10v I've hacked.

Thanks soho100 for the reply.
Is removing the keyboard really that simple? The cautions in the document are sending warning signals. I don't want to break anything. Also, will it void the warranty? I never open up any Apple products....
I got them via dell outlet: Dell Factory Outlet
They only have a pink one at the moment for around £200! They come and go all the time so you need to check. Mine were £155 inc vat and delivery and they also had £20 off voucher codes.
Re cloning, that's an interesting suggestion. Can I use time machine? I think I'll probably just to a clean reinstall if I need to since I only just installed it last night and I don't have any apps or anything else on yet.
