Default Preparing for my first attempt - questions - 06-26-2010, 09:30 AM

I have just received from the UK Apple store my version of "Snow Leopard".

It is version 10.6.3....... not the 10.6.1 that appears to be the way forward without too many problems.

So will this cause problems?

Which version of the "netbookxxx" software should I be using?

Is there a link to a guide that STARTS at 10.6.3?

Just run the newest version of netbookinstaller on your USB and then install. Then once you boot into the OS, go into your applications folder and run netbook installer, then update to 10.6.4
After downloading, installing updates take about 40 mins. And it looks like your computer freezes, but just let it run. After installing updates your bootup will show the netbook installer icon instead of Apple's logo. Just let it run and you should be good.
