I just purchased my 10v running 10.6.3

It only has an 8gb ssd and my SL install is using most of that.

I would like to use a 32gb SD card as primary storage for everything and just leave it in my computer.

I also need to find a way to install iLife onto my computer or at the very least iPhoto, and can't quite figure out the proper install directions wo an external cd drive.

At the moment this is my only computer and desire to get it set up to be as useful as possible and would greatly appreciate any and all asistance.

If it was me, I would just stick a nice big laptop drive in there and forget about the SSD.

I wouldn't try and move my Applications to an SD card, but that's just me I suppose.

Have you looked at Picasa? It might save you some space on your SSD.
