I have a Dell Mini 10v which was running just fine ... until my girlfriend used it and did the recommended operating system update. Now it gets caught in a loop when it tries to boot up and never gets out of it. I think it was running 10.6.2 before when it ran fine. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this without doing an entire reinstall? Is there any way to "go back" to before the update? If you answer involves the word "kernel", would you please be so kind as to tell me a bit more about what and where that is? Thanks! Fred |
