Default Screen Drag utility? - 06-04-2010, 07:54 PM

I found a utility a while back for my Dell Mini. It would alow me to hold down the command key and then drag any part of a screen so that I could access the bottom of screens that were to big for my physical screen. Any one remember this and where to find it? Thanks

for mac os x or windows? Have you successfully used SwitchResX to increase the screen resolution (tricking it to doing greater than 1024x600)? I never could get that to work. But between an external monitor and AppleDisplayScaleFactor I've been able to work around all application issues.
