Is there anything else that needs to be done for speedstepping to work? I recently upgraded to installer 0.8.4, removed all voodoopower, ran updateextra and now I sit at full speed all the time. My battery life isn't good to begin with but now it's just terrible. Is there a step that I'm missing or something else to try? From what I've read here, it should be as simple as getting the new NetbookInstaller, run it, reboot. What am I missing? Thanks much!
