Default Help!Accidentally Upgraded hacked Mini 10v - 03-21-2010, 03:21 AM

Can anyone please help with this situation-especially since it doesn't belong to me and I FEEL so horrible-

Should be fine. I always do software update

i wish it were-it's not- started with skyp going dead then the speakers wouldn't work. Someone has now clean installed but it just wont take again

Sounds like a hardware failure, not a software one. Especially since you did a clean install and things did not change. In other words, it sucks that it happened while you had it, but it doesn't see to be anything you did.

Did you update to 10.6.2? Sounds like you did. Audio will not work after the 10.6.2 update until after you run NetbookInstaller again and reboot. Does not sound like hardware failure to me.
