i have searched the dual boot guides but couldnt find anything specific for this. Initially I have tried installing SL without wiping my factory XP however i could not succeed. So i gave up and installed only SL but kept my HDD in two partitions incase i find a way to reinstall xp on the other partition. Anyway, what guide should i follow to make a dual boot without wiping my SL installation? Is there a such thing?

p.s. sorry if this issue was discussed before. If so pls link me the posts about this, i couldnt find them.

You should be able to do this by specifying the other partition for XP. Doing so will render the OS X partition unbootable, but you can fix that by running EasyBCD on XP or by using the NetbookCDMaker to boot OS X and then reinstall Chameleon.

Have you looked at Dual Booting Guides ? Many of these would be applicable to you. XP installs much the same way Win 7 does.
