Sorry guys I'm not too familiar with computers....I have everything except this to start hacking it

8 GB (10.5 Leopard) or 16 GB (10.6 Snow Leopard) HDD/SSD or larger

Soooooooooo what does that mean? do I have it? I just got my Mini 10V

that refers to the USB flashdrive stick that you will need, a USB flashdrive stick is something that will plug into one of the USB ports on the side of your comouter, you can get them at places like staples,bestbuy or do a search on google they are very common, you will use that to load the OSX software, there are guides on this forum how to do it step by step.

Hey I do already have a 16gb flash drive stick...I'm assuming that it means that I need at least 8 or 16 gb of hard drive space? is that correct? thanks

Not really. But if your 10v came with the usual 160GB hard drive, you should be fine.
