Unhappy Trackpad settings will not stick! - 03-11-2010, 02:50 PM

Am I the only one this is happening to? My 10.6.2 install went without any problems. But every time I restart I have to go back to the trackpad prefs and
change something to reactivate the settings.

What can I do???

I agree, they do not stay set. especially noticeable if you are left-handed

Try going to "/Users/Your name/Library/Preferences" and deleting the preference file called, "com.meklort.ps2.preferences.plist"

Did you ever get your trackpad touchpad settings to stop reseting? I am running two users. Setting stay put on the first user (admin) but not the second user. As long as i go to system pref each boot and turn them off and back on, they work fine.

Let me know if you found a silver bullet!
