I used this guide to prepare my USB drives (on a Windows PC) and I have a problem with the installation. When I insert the USB drives into the 10v and boot, press F12 and choose 'USB Drive' it just boots into Windows 7? Can someone suggest another way for me to prepare the USB drives? The files I am using are macdvd.dmg and NBI_083F.img. |

Try using dd from a Linux LiveCD if Windows dd doesn't work. Also if your SL image came from any place other than a retail upgrade ISO DVD that you imaged yourself, it is suspect and may result in errors even if you manage to get installation started. |
