I'm restarting and everything now but it still isn't working, and the "com.Cycling74.driver.Soundflower" kext isn't there anymore.

Have you run NBI 0.8.3 final again and rebooted afterwards? If so and if audio still doesn't work at that point, then I suggest downloading and (re)installing the 10.6.2 combo update from Apple, rebooting, then running NBI again, and rebooting. That may fix whatever that Soundflower kext screwed up.
