ok, now i got a other usbstick from a friend, but now a kernel panic apears (verbose) regular there is the restart your pc error.
are there iso out there with the 10.6.2 update integrated?
im pretty sure that i used the retail iso, bios version is a05, atom 270, 950gma, not one of the new fancy 10v´s...
i just bought that netbook only for hackintosh...
ps: here a pic of the kernel panic: http://img638.imageshack.us/i/26022010067.jpg/
and i used mechdrews guide for windows, not the outdated one here, the new using the default method

ok, ive checked it now, it was a retail iso from version with 10.6.0 a friend gave me, im not about to purchase for a copy until it runs on my 10v, ive made many bad experiences with hackintosh befor, the reason why i bought the 10v but osx actually managed it to destroy the windows bootloader...
i will try to reflash the osx stick using dd, no idea if that will work, but its worth a try, other ideas are welcome, maybe dell has added some new anti-hackintosh methods or something like that
ps: ok, reflashing the usb stick seem to have helped. the wheel is just spinning around here for longer than 10seconds, new record xD
no, had no effect, after about 1or2 minutes a stop sign appears above the apple

http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/4292/26022010068.jpg here, the new error massage, after that another still waiting for root device apears and then ihave removed the usb stick wich results the same error like befor again, osx is joking with me right?
hopefully final edit: it worked with transmac just look for the format with iso button
