Default Was it working before? - 02-13-2010, 02:10 PM

I hate to ask a silly question...but...was the wireless card working under xp before you attempted going the hackintosh route? Whether it was or not I would suggest first checking to see if the WLAN is still enabled in the system BIOS. Secondly, remove the WLAN access panel on the bottom of the laptop and try reseating (remove and reinstall) the WLAN card. While you have it removed write down the model number of the card and post it back here so we can offer more advice. It's possible, depending on where the netbook was purchased, that the card could have been swapped and, thus, might be incompatible.

You dont need a kext so dont search that path. In fact using kexts might have screwed it up. Take them all out if you can.

You need to rerun the latest NBI

rerun it a couple of times or check your hardware.

Default Run NBI Again - 02-13-2010, 04:23 PM

This happened to me when I first installed Snow Leopard. I ran NBI (latest version) again and had wifi.
