Default Is there any way to change the multimedia Function keys? - 02-04-2010, 10:53 PM

I was thinking about buying these Apple keyboard stickers to put on my 10v so I don't have to reverse engineer the Windows is Option and Alt is Command configuration, and for it to look cool =D.

There's always the option of not putting the F1-F12 stickers on, but I thought it'd be cool if they actually did what they were supposed to do if it was an Apple laptop. So is there anyway to turn the current arrangement (F4/F5 brightness, F7-F9 sound, etc.) to the Apple arrangement (F1/F2 brightness, F3 expose, F4 dashboard, etc.)?

Edit: or rather, these Stickers . They provide stickers for things like Forward Delete for the Delete key, and they're the same price.

I used a program called Ukelele to remap once, it worked well. The directions almost caught my hair on fire initially, but then I figured out you can start with the current configuration and then basically drag and drop, it's not too bad.

As for the option/command keys, I just print them in paper and tape them to the keys.
