i do think that its have been posted before but the search function seems a little bit messed up ,
so , is it possible to upgrade your bios under osx ??

a computer , some ram , a hdd , a screen , a wifi card , a webcam , a case , some other things and an operation system

Not at this time. I have not seen anyone post a clear advantage to new BIOS versions anyway. I am on A05 and will remain until I see some real need to move up.
