Default Sleep not working - 01-31-2010, 07:51 PM

My sleep is not working on my dell mini 10v Hackintosh. Hibernation works correctly, when i close my lid it goes into hibernation.
when i leave the computer on, the monitor goes into sleep but never the computer.

That isn't Hibernation, it is sleep. Hibernation is a state of very low power consumption and keeps your battery from going dead. If you leave it in the state you describe with no power going in it will crash and die.

Sleep works by closing the lid, or choosing sleep from the menu. USB Legacy causes sleep issues when left enabled in the BIOS.

Sounds like you might need to adjust your Energy Saver preferences in System Preferences.

Tried to adjust setting but will not go into sleep. I just tried to update NBI and now im stuck in a reboot loop!
Any ideals on how to get out of the loop?
I have tried netbookcd to boot from, but i get death of spinning wheel. I used this to install OSX.
