I installed Mac OS X on my Dell mini 10v using the guide at OS X | mechdrew All is running fine except the sound. I had a look in the system preferences and there is no sound device even showing. The sound was working fine when I was using Ubuntu so I know the device exists. Any suggestions?? |

The install is complete and appears to work well. Thanks!!! Now what's the latest version that works with a 10v? I think I read 10.6.2 somewhere. |

BTW, other than some fixable problems with multi-boot setups involving Windows, it is generally safe to run NBI even if you have already run it in the past. In fact, when a new version of NBI comes out, it will be to your benefit to do so because it will probably include updated drivers etc. | |
