ukbodypilot, can you post which bluetooth module you used? (the standard one that you have to take your mini10v apart to install, or a USB adapter?)
FWIW, I can tell you that I prefer a mouse to even the trackpad on the MacBookPro that we have at home.
After about 3 months, I can tell you that I've finally gotten accustomed to using the trackpad on my mini10v, but it is still just a trackpad. For me, nothing beats a (2button) mouse.

How did you do the touchpad swap, via this guide Guide: Mini 10 Touchpad into Mini 10v ?
Where did you get the Mini 10 pad to put into the 10v?
Mostly just curious: I'm pretty comfortable with the trackpad in my 10v and have a usb external mouse if I need it.

Internal has the advantage of no usb stick to lose and it's always there.

Just to toss this in here, I use a Magic Mouse that's shared between my 2 hackintoshes and works fantastically ^_^
