You can get this a lot cheaper if you go to one of the educational apple stores, if you have access to them, or in an Apple retail store if you ask for the discount (and have proof of education status) We all know of course that the two disks are identical, but you do get the latest iPhoto etc with the box set, which is nice. | |

| Junior Member Posts: 1 Join Date: Nov 2009 | can the same snow leopard install disk be used for multiple hackintoshes? i noticed there's no input of a cd key or anything so i'm curious as to whether or not i need to buy another copy of snow leopard if i decide to do the hack again on another dell mini. |

If you are asking if you can install the software from the disc multiple times, yes you can. Are you violating the license agreement, yes you are. The upgrade works for any installation not just to upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard. The upgrade disc has the entire 10.6 OS on it |
