Default What do USB WAKE and USB LEGACY do? - 01-04-2010, 02:17 PM

Ok so i am aware of the BIOS options USB WAKE SUPPORT and USB LEGACY SUPPORT

but, what do they actually do?

At first i had them both enabled and everything worked fine, now i have them disabled and I don't notice any difference?

Anyone know what the do exactly and if its better to have them ON or OFF?

Thanks

USB wake allows an external mouse or keyboard to wake the system from sleep.

... and USB legacy support allows you to boot from an appropriate usb device, e.g. memory stick or external drive
