What settings did you use and how did you format your USB drive?
I tried using SuperDuper with a USB flash drive in Mac OS Extended (journaled) and in options selected MasterBootRecord - I also tried with an external HD in GUID and neither will boot. I poked around the apple discussion site and read that MBR should be able to be recognized by Mac and PC.
I assume I can run NBI on either clone and install just Chameleon from NBI which should make it bootable, but I'm worndering what setting you all used to get it to boot automatically.
SuperDuper says it does a bitforbit copy by file but something I read there implies it will not work - file copy but not block copy or something to that effect.
I've used SD for years on all my Macs with no issues, but it isn't making a bootable drive now with my mini and from what I've read here, even though it says it's bootable, it isn't (it certainly isn't for me.)
So, what can I do to make it work?
