Default Hibernate image missing - 12-26-2009, 12:32 AM

Hey- getting a hibernate image missing on my Dell mini 10v. Gives me command Forcewake=y to override - even this command does not override. Does anyone know what to do? Please help

No sure if this is it, but what version of netbookinstaller did you use and did you, or your system automatically, just upgraded to 10.6.2? If you are not using 0.8.3RC4 or later and you went to 10.6.2, that is your problem. I don't have the links handy but they are on here how to fix the problem, boot the system, and then repair. Hope this helps some.

I have 0.8.3RC5 and when it boots I get the "hibernate image missing/old by ###secs". it still boots up fine...I wonder what would happen if I ran 0.8.3RC5 again and 'enabled' hibernation? Maybe that might get rid of the hibernation message...any thoughts?
