I just did a snow Leopard install and reverted my bios from A06 to A04 and it's working great. Everything is up and running with no issues so far including sleep - super speedy, noticeably more then the xp install on this out of the box. I haven't upgraded to 10.6.2 yet so I can't say if it makes a difference when updating.
I was curious about this myself when I first started reading weeks prior to receiving my mini 10v. I ended up going to A04 just because it seemed like all the posts I read, the people with A04 always seemed to be the ones who had a smooth time getting everything up and running - that's obviously a subjective statement. Mines only been up for two days right now, but as I mentioned it's running smooth and I had no issues getting it up and running on my first attempt.
I would definitely be curious to hear more about this from some of the more experienced members here as well. There doesn't seem to be much out there really documenting any advantages/disadvantages of one over.
