Honestly, I'd just get 10.6.0 installed on the HD, get the HD put back in the mini and get everything UP.
After that, then go to 10.6.2.
I hope thats what you're meaning.
But I didn't do that method, I stuck with the downgrading the BIOS method.
We'll get you all squared away, just get your Mini 10v going with 10.6.0 and then we'll rock out from there.

With a running 10.6.0 version installed, going to 10.6.2 is easy.
Post back when you get that part done and then you'll be ready for the update.
