Or do you mean that after you save your new profile under a new name, activating that profile doesn't change the appearance of your external monitor's image? | Member Posts: 89 Join Date: Apr 2009 | If it shows this same behavior when you are using only your builtin screen/display on the netbook, then it is my guess that something is not right with your installation. What you describe is not sounding like it is an error that is caused by any external monitor/display. Have you tried: - running Permissions Repair in DiskUtility - booting into Safe Mode ( -x at the Boot: prompt ) and trying to fix it there? Just ideas...
