Default Install Methods not working - 10-24-2009, 04:25 PM

Okay, I have tried both the DVD and USB install methods and both fail to get past the first 5 minutes of install (multiple attempts) before screen of death to reboot.

NetbookInstaller 1: USB Installation via Mac | Guides | OS X | mechdrew
NetbookInstaller 3: Installation via External DVD Drive using NetbookCD | Guides | OS X | mechdrew

Next attempt will be the direct HD install. Any thoughts as to why neither work? Retested SL disk and it is working fine.

Some people forget to check the BIOS settings. Did you read the "more info" link in the guides and set up your BIOS correctly?
