Default won't boot from the usb - 10-17-2009, 12:39 AM

I am trying to get my mini to boot to the usb so I can load snow leopard. I am using the two usb method. I don't have a mac to I am using the method with this guide Old Guide | DellEFI | mechdrew I downloaded and extracted the ISO image to the usb. Downloaded syslinux 3-63, the link was dead but did a google search and found it. Followed the directions, changed the boot order in bios to boot from the usb but when I restart it goes to the windowsxp startup screen. I restart choose f12 to change the boot order to usb and the same thing happens. What am I doing wrong?

When I used the DellEFI method a while ago I followed this video
Worked for me. I learn more from watching than reading. =)

Also make sure USB Legacy Support is enabled in the bios.
