I'm having same issue with mine. Originally A05. Started after few NBM installs (had to do it multiple times to get dual boot working). Tried A04 and A05 both did not help.

Advanced menu says I'm in a User mode (but the User mode password cannot be changed under security tab).

Since I got everything setup, I'm gonna try just using it as it is for now.

I had my mother board replaced as I could not select a boot drive. Speak to Dell. My problem was as a result of downgrading the BIOS that is was Dell said to me I don't know what happen to yours tho.

I can select a boot drive if I press F12 on restart. It brings up a menu with a list from which I can choose the needed drive. I am sending back my Mini 10v.

This has made me a little gun shy about attempting to do this again. It is difficult to say but this could happen the next time as well. It is of some comfort to know that I am not the only one with this problem.

I got exactly the same problem, and I could not get sleep functioning. It was fine before.
