running 10.5.8 on my 10v sometimes when it wakes from sleep, the wi-fi will not reconnect. when i mouse over the airport icon in the menu bar, it gives me the spinning rainbow beach ball. it won't respond to restart and i have to do a hard power button reset and reboot to get wi-fi working again. i'm running a non-broadcast SSID, with WPA2, and mac address filtering, if that matters. |

First, I'd see if the issue was your home network or the machine. Take it to a buddy's house and see if it has the issue there, too. If it looks like it's the computer, I'd start one of two ways. If you can borrow another wifi module from a buddy, swap it out to see if yours has some behavior that's buggering up the software. Or, do a clean re-install of the OS to correct anything that may have been corrupted. |

its does this same thing on my work wi-fi. but like i said, only occasionally. |

I have the same issue. It's only started after updating NetbookInstaller 8.3. My sound is also back to not working after hibernation. :/ |
