The bad behavior of the trackpad with the old driver? :P
Look at this signature...
You should be able to simply update with RC2.
As far as I know RC1 had a bug to not delete the old dsdt.aml file from DellEfi,
but should be fixed on RC2.
You can also use the touchpad driver only.
Do a right click --> show package content and search for the 10v specific driver.
Replace the one in your Extra folder and run Update Extras.
