I don't know all the details, but I don't think scrolling is quite that easy to enable in the first place. However, NetbookInstaller 0.8.2 RC4 supposedly has improved trackpad support for the 10v, along with working audio, so you may want to try that out.
EDIT: Ah, meklort answered it better before mine got posted! So I guess this isn't going to help you out much.

Just installed onto a Dell Mini 10 OSX (dell mini purchased from Best buy). Using RC4 of the netbookinstaller and having a hell of time with the touchpad.
Whenever I am dragging an item and accidently or purposely release the second finger it the cursor jumps all around the screen.
I am really missing the actual physical buttons on my old machines. Is there any way to get it back to something "traditional"?
Also I noticed that the left click area is pathetic - I have to really hit that small square to get it to click in that area. Is it possible I misconfigured it or is it possible to increase the capture size (it seems pathetically small area).

I agree that the trackpad still needs more work, but everything else with .8.2 RC4 is solid
Are there any recommendation for trackpad settings to use that would yield the best results?
