Thanks for your replies. The one posted by Kiki is quite cheap (I can get it at around 17€ shipped) and seems to be nice enough... I may go for it (I can only find the Zeroshock at 30$ + shipping...)

EDIT: Oh, gearzap DOES ship to Spain. Interesting... It's not that expensive, I might go for that one

EDIT2: Well, I ended up getting neither of them, but this one

I bought both a case (for a 10 inch) and a bag (bigger, for accesories, etc..) both from Dell:

DELL Malet├*n de transporte: nailon, negro, para port├ítiles Dell de 40 cm (15,6") (Kit) : Accesorios para port├ítiles | Dell Espa├▒a

DELL Funda Negro para el portátil Dell de 25 cm (10") : Accesorios para portátiles | Dell España

Hope this helps!

BTW, if you install Ubuntu and find away to make WIFI work, PLEASE let me know, it's driving me crazy (i got mine yesterday and, for now, im working with a wifi adapter that's almost as big as the netty.. not to mention a lot uglier...)

Default 1018 memory change NOT the same as 1012 - 10-15-2010, 10:30 AM

Hi Guys

New to the forum. Ive just got a 1018 and tried to do the memory upgrade on it.
Keyboard comes out the same as the 1012 but the memory cover is no longer removable! (Im assuming the memory is still in the same place - cant see anywhere else it could go)

The metal plate is now underneath the plastic casing and there is no obvious way of removing it. It looks to me like it will be a major stripdown so im not going to bother just yet as it is new.

Just thought you should all know before spending the cash.

Of course if anyone works out a way to do it, please post it.

@Arri, I guess you checked underneath for a removeable cover right?
