Default Wifi Issues - 08-15-2011, 08:55 AM

Sorry if this is redundant but I haven't been able to find a similar post and my problem has a degree of time sensitivity. I just purchased a Dell Mini 1012 for graduate school and have been having a difficult time with the Wifi. When I first booted it up it connected right away to the unprotected wireless network that was available at the house I was at. However as soon as I got home I was unable to connect to the protected WPA2 - PSK network, which currently has 2 other systems working perfectly, or the wireless network at my University. I'm currently running Windows 7 and have the Atheros AR9285 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter. If anybody has any idea what is going on i'd greatly appreciate your help.

did you enter your password?, are you using a static or dynamic ip address?, have you gone and done an 'ipconfig /all' and checked your info?
