Is your wireless network secure? Are you using the correct password? Have you tried turning off the security to see if it will connect?

1. have to tried to ping the router? do you get a response?

2. do a ipconfig /all on the Mini

3. Are you using static IP addressing? or just letting the router assign the next available one?

4. are the DNS addresses correct? very important....(only if you are using Static IP addressing)

5. is the IP address set on the Mini enabled on the router? in other words if the Mini is say '' is '' enabled on the router? (only if you are using Static IP addressing)

6. Dumb question but wireless is enabled on the Mini right?

BTW: have you tried a wired connection (Mini ====> Router) 1st and does that work?

1st of all, which connection utility (software) are you using to connect to the network? If you tell us that, we might be able to guide you to connect via it.
