oh well, just personal choice, I never buy used cars either (lol)....except my 1967 SS Camaro...I paid ALOT more than the $3,700 (USD) when it was brand new too

I got mine through ATT about 4 Mo. ago for $40, brand new. I didn't get a TV tuner with it though. Don't need one. . . Love my 1012 to pieces.

PS. a friend of mine just bought a new 1012 and he paid like $540 with the tax & shipping and all he got was the HD screen, BT and the 6cell, but we are talking BRAND NEW and not from the outlet we just called Dell, spec'd out what he wanted and that was that...and he was ok with the price too
