I don't know if these links were posted somewhere but here they are. It contains alot of good information and actual photos of components, etc. for assembly/disassembly. Shows you where everything is w/o actually tearing your 1012 apart.

perhaps it only works for IP addresses in the US or something along those lines, since the first user was from London? Most interesting issue.

I have tried it in Chrome, FireFox and IE and it worked for each.

Actually - when I click on the dell euro link it automatically changes back to the link I first provided.
