Unhappy screen size-- can't view or adjust windows Mini 1012 - 06-04-2010, 01:36 PM

Help! I've set my dpi to 96, but many programs/websites still have windows that won't scroll down, which makes them unusable.

I've had my inspiron mini 1012 for two months, I am running windows xp3, and I haven't installed any programs, did delete mcafee...

How have you solved this problem?
