This is what I will have to say about Dell.
1. Customer Service
- Complete horse sh*t! Bring the support back to the US and stop outsourcing it to another country. This is not about racism, I am Asian myself, but American companies needs to keep support in America. I know many of my Asian friends has accents and it's a PAIN to understand over the phone, so I FEEL for everyone dealing with this issue. Everytime I've called for support, I was transferred back and forth 12-15 times until I just hang up. I understand Dell is trying to cut cost, but this kind of support is just ridiculous. I'd be happy if Dell had ONE American support person working in the basement!
2. I love the products and fast shipping.
