Default 2 CPU Graphs - 06-11-2009, 07:07 PM

I have just reinstalled xp onto my dell mini 10 and all of the drivers, I also installed the intel chipset driver it wasnt ticked so did not know if I needed it. My system is running okay but on ctr, alt, del there are two cpu graphs rather than one like a dual core pc, is this normal?

Yes. As I understand it, the Atom is not dual core, but rather it's hyperthreaded, so it appears as two CPUs.

Can we make a sticky post entitled "NO! Your Mini doesn't have a dual-core CPU."
