Default Screen Resolution on Dell Mini 10 - 06-10-2009, 03:46 PM

So, the highest resolution is 1024x768... Is this resolution supposed to look as bad as it does? I have it set at 1024x576 just to make it look 1/2 decent... Is it really supposed to look that horrible (smashed)

The native resolution of the LCD panel is 1024x576 for the standard screen on the 10 and 10v, or 1366x768 for the HD screen available on the 10. Choosing the native resolution will give you the best results. If you are using Windows, the graphics driver may allow you to choose higher resolutions and be able to pan around the screen, but at lower resolutions the graphics card will scale the image up to the screen size.
