Default Google Chrome - Mini 10v - 06-01-2009, 02:18 AM

Ok, Google Chrome runs amazingly well on the 10v. Much better and faster then IE or Firefox. I highly encourage anyone running a netbook to check out Google Chrome.

Thumbs up Chrome on 10v - 08-06-2009, 02:18 AM

Using Chrome exclusively (except for sites, like Dell support, that demand IE) on the 10v; and I love it - fullscreen is easy and with CTRL + to increase font, it's great for browsing Reader.

sal57 - Ctrl + works on IE, FF as well as Chrome. For Firefox there is an add on called 'No Squint' which remembers your Zoom size oneach site BUT... I am also using Chrome exclusively on Mini 10...

jor - I hear you. Infact deal breaker in the past for me was the Chrome had issues with Hotmail (yes lot of my crap still goes to Hotmail account), but it's OK now...

I do wish there were plugins available for Chrome as well. FF is way far ahead in that game

I've been trying to install it... and can't!

I go to the page, download Google Chrome for Mac (just the browser, not the full OS), drag it to the applications folder like it says, and then try to open it. The icon bounces up and down in my dock for several minutes, freezes, and then my only option is to force-quit. What's wrong, here?
