Default Re: Mini10v - Able to Run OSX it looks like! - 05-12-2009, 03:45 AM

How is that? The Mini 9 has the 802.11g mini card not the 802.11g/n

Am I understanding this deal backwards?

I'm excited, the hard drive form factor is going to finally give us some options!

Default How is it powered? - 05-28-2009, 01:02 PM

What kind of powersupply comes with the Dell Mini 10v in the US? I have a friend there who could buy it for me, in order to get the bluetooth and a USD 100 lower price.

Is the powersupply multiswitching so it can be used in Europe?

Anyone here had the chance yet to try it out with OSX?

In Norway there is no mention of bluetooth at all; though the front page for the mini 10 and mini10v states "bluetooth 2.0 EDR" included both models.

The 6 cell battery is standard in Norway, no way to downgrade.

The 1510 is not available.

The 1510 wireless card is an option for the Mini 10v in the UK:

Dell Wireless 1397 Mini Card (802.11 b/g) [Included in Price]
Dell Wireless 1510 Half Mini Card (802.11n) [add £14.99]

Dell Inspiron 15R | Dell XPS M1330 | 2 x Dell M101z | 2 x Dell M301z

This is a thread jacking nightmare... Simple question, yes or no answer. Will the mini10v run OSX? YES OR NO!
