I've been running W7 build 7057 for a week now (along with XP). W7 installs like a breeze; most of the drivers are already there with the install. It runs fine....kinda. You can check my thread for more details:
The RAM limitation is a real problem. Video doesn't play very well unless Aero is disabled and even then HD video will not play at all. Everything is "slow" in general but not really much slower than XP. I was so hoping W7 would run as good on the 10 as it does on the Mini 9 because the Mini 9 with 2GB RAM runs W7 really nice.
Consequently, I think my Mini 10 is going back. Mainly due to the RAM limitation, secondly due to the terrible touchpad and thirdly because SD cards stick out about half-way and essentially eliminate the use of SD cards for Readyboost to supplement the pathetic RAM. The next version with 2GB RAM should be really nice, though; I can't wait.
