Default Mini 1010 OSD drivers? - 08-03-2012, 02:53 AM

I just got this 1010 a few days ago and I really like it! The wife likes it alot too. The only problem I've got is since I got it used I'm having to reinstall the os and drivers without a recovery. In doing that I've gotten some on screen display elements to work, like when I hit f1 is does bring up the menu to change to video output options, but the things like volume and brightness have no slider or scale. Is it supposed to? Its definitely changing the setting i.e brightness, just no visual reference. Just a minor annoyance. Running win7 32bit btw. Thanks for any help! Love the forum!

I downloaded the drivers from the sticky on this forum, the win 7 sticky thread, as far as I know those are the most up to date drivers. Is that what activates the on screen display?

No, the drivers don't do that. It would be some Dell application that does.
