Default Mini 10 won't boot - keeps rebooting - 09-12-2011, 05:01 PM

I have tried to reload the operating system from both the original disk and from a Windows XP Home Edition I purchased. I am using an external cd drive. I use F12 to boot fromm the cd. When I get to the license agreement, it states to hit F8 to Accept, ESC to decline and pgdn to view more of the license. No key on the keyboard will work except the escape. The keys all function except for at this screen. I have run the diagnostics on memory and hardware and they both pass. Any ideas?

Did you try Alt+F8 or Function+F8 or something similar by any chance?
