I could not help but notice that Fedora was mentioned in the Dell wiki about the emgd drivers that work with the GMA 500 graphics chips in the Dell 1010. And that Intel supported the driver for use with Fedora.
I have used the emgd driver (using the script from the ubuntu wiki) with Ubuntu 10.04 with pretty good results. It would be nice to add Fedora to my collection of Linux's that work with the 1010. Has anyone on the forum tried the emgd drivers with any version of Fedora and if you have what were the results.
I am going to download Fedora and use Linux Live to build a USB drive; it would be nice to know if someone else has already tried the emgd driver before and if any success was to be had before hand. fdalbor
