Exclamation * Be CAREFUL of Dell Outlet * - 12-03-2010, 09:51 PM

I was just looking through the Dell Outlet today and came across this:

Inspiron Mini 10 - 1010 Laptop
Processor: Intel Atom Processor Z520 (1.33GHz/533MHz FSB/512K Cache)
Genuine Windows 7 Professional
160 GB SATA Hard Drive (5400RPM)
Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 950
Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 950
has anyone EVER seen a 1010 with the GMA950 in it?

heres the link:
Dell Factory Outlet

be careful when ordering...the tech will probably not know the difference will NOT get the GMA950 I am pretty sure, you will get the GMA500....or is this some weird type of cross-breed?...AND it says they had 3 of them!!!!!

UPDATE: either they fixed it or they sold them because the link is dead now......

1010 means GMA500. Z-series CPU means GMA500.

I like Dell's commodity design (it means good Linux compatibility and easy upgrades), but their site is a confusing mess.

Dell, like many manufacturers, often has incorrect information in the detailed descriptions of its products. The outlet is especially susceptible to this.
